I have not tried using command lines yet. I want a shortcut with Phone Master 6. Thank you.

I never used Phone Master.

If you did it via the TTY, then I think it was e.g

LD 10
REQ. CHG
TYPE 500
TN XX XX XX XX etc
ECHG YES
ITEM FTR HOT 4 1755
ITEM
REQ
