Licensing SMBC - MIVB

Hi, this is my first SMBC controller with MiVB.

I have carefully followed every step in the Seft study course to license the MiVB on SMBC.

after entering the ARID into the msl it synchs with AMC and seems to be ok, but then he ESM shows liense violation warning and no licneses at all.

Any idea how to synchs this monster?

I have reaised a ticket to UK support, let's see...

If you know the trick to licenise this please let me know

RE: Licensing SMBC - MIVB

You need to send an email to AMC Support. They not to manually TAG the SMBC package before you can sync.
