Lost E1 PRI link

(OP)
This is an ageing CS1000M v7.6 After a power failure and reboot, it lost connection to 2 sites both in the same Dual PRI card. After some reseting of one of the loops it recovered, but the other refuses to link. The "remote" system is 15 feet away connected with a factory issue db15-BNC cable.
Besides resetting it (LD96/LD60). Would You advce to let the clock FRUN? ¿would it affect the other working PRIs?

RE: Lost E1 PRI link

The chances are that the link has become disabled.

Start by checking the DCH in LD 96. Also the MSDL may need resetting.
