Hello

Is there a maximum software version on the UM8000 that is compatible with the SV8100?

Customer has one older computer around that still has Internet Explorer, so I was hoping to upgrade the UM8000 to 11.10 so they could use Chrome. The 8100 is at version 11 and the UM8000 is currently 11.8.3 I believe.

I know there was a minimum version required for the 9100 but not sure if there is a maximum version for the 8100.

RE: SV8100 and UM8000

Just a heads up. Not sure there is a version requirement, but you need to heed the NTAC KBS document which has 2 IMPORTANT notes regarding the UM8000 card itself: 1) a disk size requirement and 2) a RAM requirement, to get to 11.10. Also, I was told that if you're good on those two items, first update to 11.10.0 then update to 11.10.1

Yah, that is also an issue at the moment. Customer has the larger RAM (512), but only has the 2GB/110 hour compact flash card. To do the 11.10 upgrade, we need the 8GB/550 hour CF card.
