Nortel to Cisco VG310 & 4431 SIP GWs

Moving a client from a Nortel digital switch to a Cisco VG310 GW & 4431 SIP.

They currently are using Spectralink wireless 6100 series equipment. The MCU is the SCN508 digital and they are using 6020 handsets.

What is the easiest interface to use with Cisco? Analog MCU or Digital as they want to keep their 6020 handsets and 6100 Series config.

maybe the SCU508 or the SCA408 or 416 or SCA508 - 516?
