thread940-1784618: 9.0.5 random cold start reboots
Similar issues explained in above thread, My AVAYA IPO is keeps booting in peak hours, we have changed the whole control unit, and PRI card. I learned from many threads that i must upgrade to latest software. My IPO has many errors of password length. does it matter?

I get cold start alarm under Control unit audit, Abnormal Termination - TLB Data Error

also i get contact lost error in Monitor

we have Media Manager in the network. i am afraid of upgrading AVAYA IPO alone. Is there any problem upgrading IPO to 11.1.1 and keeping Media Manager in 11.0.4 itself.

Actually we have yet to upgrade to Server Edition. Server and configuration is ready and waiting for the downtime. But this cold start problems are occurs very often and customer is after me Because its 24 hours call center.

Any advices?

RE: AVAYA COLD start more often- 11.0.4

Anytime I have encountered the "Abnormal Termination - TLB Data Error" it was a defective control unit. If you have already replaced the IP 500 V2 I would start looking at the SD card and/or anything that was used previously with the system. It is quite possible you had some kind of power surge and most/all equipment previously in use is now toast.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

RE: AVAYA COLD start more often- 11.0.4

If you're on 11.0.4 then you can go up to 11.0.4.6. This is still covered on under IPOSS so a Business Partner could raise a case. Other thing to try is to recreate the SD card.

In the sysmon trace, do you still see some forbidden SIP responses just before the reboots??
