Hello everyone

I am looking for a way to run an inquiry of a pms without human intervention, that is to say that at a certain time or due to a system event it is executed automatically. I thank you for guiding me if you have any ideas about it. Thank you.

RE: Micros 3700 ISL SIM, run inquire automatically

No but you could use the Idle_No_Trans event to do something every time the workstation is idle.

As part of the event you could check the date and time and see if you want to do something specific at that time.

CathalMF thank you very much for your valuable help as always.
I bother you with 2 more questions
1. If the station is not logged in, should I start a session to perform operations on open checks and change the rvc?
2. In the SIMHelp file it says that there are key types from 1 to 29 but only type 1 is documented, if I need to log in I would need, for example, to use key type 22 and it is not documented, but searching the internet I did not succeed find documentation about it, do you know of a place where I can find it?

Again, thank you very much.

1. Yes you will need to login to perform any actions that require you to be signed in.
2. Its in the SIM Help. Just search for Key types.
