You change LCSOV to restrict outgoing external calls.
To put the extension into an ITR group
CHA-SBCSU:STNO=XXXX,ITR=15;
To stop ITR 15 from calling to others AND to stop others calling it.
In this example only some extensions are allowed to contact
the Extension 1234.
Called Extension: CHA-SCSU:STNO=1234,ITR=15;
Calling Extension(s): CHA-SBCSU:STNO=xxxx,ITR=1;
As you can see from the VBZ Matrix below only extensions in ITR1 (and ITR15)
can call to ITR15 - other extensions will get number unobtainable.
