If anyone has additional cheat sheets or guides for the new IX Softophone application I would appreciate it. I can get the setup to work inhouse on the internal network, but not through the VPN. I was not aware of anything else that needed to be done once the remote computer establishes the VPN. We can even ping the IP Office through the VPN but the soft phone won't connect. Orginally I thought it was an IP Route issue but we fixed that and still get the same issues. Any help is appreciated. Thx.
