Hi! I just want to verify this feature because upon using Agent Desktop with h323 hardphone the Call Listen / Observe on Agent Supervisor login on Agent Desktop is not working.
Do you have any idea on how to work on this? Thanks!

Get real!!! You post the issue just after midnight my time and then bumped it half-way through the afternoon on a workday. I'm now on my sofa having finished work, done some house stuff had dinner - and I'm sure its the same for many others. This is a free forum where the answers are coming from folks who have day jobs and social lives. If you want a quick response with a service level agreement pay for a proper maintainer and a support contract. The same goes for a few others who think this forum is a replacement for proper support and learning the product.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
