We have both IP Office and Voicemail Pro, and we were wondering whether it would be possible to customize the email alerts we get sent with the voicemails as attachments. I was hoping to be able to include the tags assigned to the incoming call in the emails, rather than having to track it back down in Chronicall to find the tag for that specific call. Thank you!
