Hello All, I have a new customer

Hello All, I have a new customer

Hello All,

I have a new customer that has a Merlin Magix System and they want to add voicemail. I'm not familiar with this system and I'm hoping that someone can give me some advice.

RE: Hello All, I have a new customer

Merlin Messaging is the answer,

RE: Hello All, I have a new customer

Thanks Tommy but what are all the proper steps to install the voicemail and do all the system and voicemail programming?

RE: Hello All, I have a new customer

Well, that's a pretty loaded question. You've worked and programmed on Merlin Legend/Magix before?

Give THIS a read, let me know if it makes sense

The basic overview is you're going to install the module in the carrier, program the Magix for the new hardware, a calling group to reach voicemail, a coverage group for extensions with mailboxes, and if you're going to use an automated attendant there is some programming for the lines as well.

Then you log into the voicemail system as system administrator, change system and security settings to match your installation, create mailboxes for users, and an automated attendant if needed.
