Ip office No Dial tone in all stations

Ip office No Dial tone in all stations

Hi, I've got an Ip Office V2 Rls 6.1 with the follwing modules in the main unit: 2 DS Digital Station Base Card and 1 Combo card and five 30 stations analog expansion modules, Several times a day all the stations (analogs and digitals) lost its dial tone (no dial tone), after 1 or 2 minutes the dial tone come back, I tried changing Ip500V2 Main control Unit, but the failure continued (keeping the same SD card).
Can I use the "System status" or "Monitor" to see what happening, Can I capture or see logs for trying to see what happening?
It could be a hardware or software problem?
Please any ideas?

RE: Ip office No Dial tone in all stations

Yes always use SSa and Monitor to capture prior to any failure. Whe you say the DT goes away at that time I assume they can still call internally? If not what exactly do the phones do? What kind of trunks are we talking about? Need more input here.

RE: Ip office No Dial tone in all stations

Thanks JustAGlitch, Yes, even internally all stations cannot call, all stations lost their dial tone

RE: Ip office No Dial tone in all stations

Seems like a VCM issue, try to replace the vcm card.
