Call Pilot 150 remote login

(OP)
Hi. I have a call pilot 150 behind a Norstar MICS6.1 . I log in remotely through port 8000 and a day later nobody can log in through a browser internally or from outside unless we reboot the call pilot. Help.
Thank you.

RE: Call Pilot 150 remote login

I had a similar issue once on site, not resolved as the client didn't care to have it fixed.
You could get to the login page but then it struggled to let you in.
The client didn't care to have it fixed.

Things to try:
-Replace the patch cord
-Change the IP address
-Upgrade the CP to 3.1 (might clear a bug if any)
-Backup CP then do a restore (might clear a bug if any)
-Do a reinstall (might clear a bug if any)
-Get another cabinet (most likely the RJ45 is losing connection with the mobo)
