Hi All,

I Have issue about DTMF from mobile phone (celular phone).
Any incomming call will be transfer to IVR.
press 1 for sales
press 2 for technical
press 3 for HRD
Press 4 for IT Support

we try to call IVR from FIX LINE (TELECOM LINE) and press 1, press 2, press 3, press 4 are OK then transfer to destination.
but when we try to call IVR from MOBILE PHONE Provider, only press 4 is fine transfer to destination. press 1, 2 or 3 is not trigger the destination extension..
we tried with 4 mobile phone providers with same result.

if I trace it in monitor. i see log here:

Does it work from a landline? If so try going to the "Mouser" under users click source number and add NUSN VCM_RELAX_DTMF_DETECT

Hi David,

it work when call from landline. only from celular provider doesn't work for some prefix number 1,2,3 other prefix work fine.

The destination call from IVR are to Hunt group. are we must set "NUSN VCM_RELAX_DTMF_DETECT " in all user in their hunt group ? because there is no source number tab in hunt group.

He means in the user section. There is a user named “No user”. Select it and set the code on its source number tab.

Have you tried with Different cell carrier?

Did you try verifying that the IVR still has it's programming? Have you tried calling the provider to see if there are any errors on their circuit? Did you add that source number to the "No User" user in the IPO?
