Terminate Active Aura Aura Conference?

Terminate Active Aura Aura Conference?

I had a need today to terminate an active conference running on Avaya Aura Conferencing (AAC) 8.0. I have no idea how to do so. I was watching the conference on Element Manager using the KPI / Monitoring and reporting. Short of deleting the user through the admin interface, I'm unsure if it's even possible. The Director of Technology had to join the call and tell them to end the call.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in Advance -

RE: Terminate Active Aura Aura Conference?

Dial into the call as a chairperson and use ##1?
Loginto Collaboration Agent as an operator using the chairperson code and podge the end call button?

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
