Hi

We have few conference phones Avaya B179, when i am trying to register them using protocol TLS they wont register, whereas when i change the protocol to UDP or TCP it will register for few minutes and unregistered again and the options will fall back to TLS.. How can i register them , please help..

Disable Device Management under the Provisioning tab and register using TCP.

Thanks , I disabled Device Management under the Provisioning tab as well as file server options ,now it is working fine...
