Can the wav files for a user's messages be individually deleted in the Avaya>IP Office> Voicemail Pro>VM>Accounts>User name folder on the VM Pro server? or will this confuse the IPO and muck things up? I have a customer that has 1,000s of old messages and it would be best to selectively delete groups of them by date because he wants to keep the more recent messages and by more recent probably 2017+ haha.
