We recently replaced an Option 81C with Cisco CM , analog devices are connected to VG-310 units . One user is reporting that when calling into a bridge / conference call , the far end is hearing multiple/repeat DTMF tones . User has a Polycom analog phone . So far , we haven't been able to duplicate the issue but aside from a hardware issue with the Polycom , has anyone experienced anything similar ? Any settings in the VG310 that might resolve this issue ? According to the user , this didn't happen on the Option 81 only started happening since the CM was installed .
