avaya ip office 500 - problem with the external transfer to external

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the external transfer to external on ipo 500 system with trunk sip.

If I receive an external call (from the trunk sip) and make the blind transfer or the offered transfer, everything is ok. But if on an extension imposed immediate forwarding to an external number does not work. I get
Reason: Q.850; cause = 17; text = "User busy"
CMMap: a = 1.353 b = 0.0 Mapper :: FreeCodec freed CMRTVocoder (dec35b48) resource busy 0, total 2047.

the called is not busy and I have lines available to call. I believe there is something to adjust in the invite or in the calling number clip.

I saw the thread thread940-1721692 I think I have to do something simele with the function codes of the user who has the unconditional active forwarding

Please compare a working outbound or transferred call with the non working forwarded call.

Use Monitor with SIP call filters enabled instead of SSA.
