If anyone out there has any suggestions please help!!!!

I have a customer that is forwarding their desk phone to an external number. If the external number does not answer the call, the call routes back to the desk phone's voicemail box. How can I get that call to land on the external number's voicemail instead?

Build a COS with a longer NO ANSWER TIMER. Assign it to the target extension.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
