Number display when forwarding (OpenScape Voice V9)

Number display when forwarding (OpenScape Voice V9)

Number display when forwarding (OpenScape Voice V9)

(OP)
Hello,

The customer calls from A to B, but B is forwarded to C. Now C sees number of A in display, but the customer wants it to be the number of B.
Can this be done, and how?

Thanks in advance!

RE: Number display when forwarding (OpenScape Voice V9)

Hi.

I have very little experience with OSV, still as far as I know
This configuration change will affect ALL THE CALLS that are forwarded outside from this Endpoint (Gateway).
At the EP attributes activate/deactivate: Send Redirect Number instead of calling number for redirected calls flag .
It is not possible to configure it per subscriber.

Thanks for your answer.
I will look into it with a collegue if there's a solution for that, maybe making a extra business group or placing the subscriber in another endpoint, but my knowledge is also not enough.
If there is a way I will get back to it.

The feature you're referring to ("Send Redirect Number instead of calling number for redirected calls") is for external calls only.
For internal calls there's no such feature.
