Hi - all. I am having a problem with phantom ringing on all of my analog lines connected to my Avaya IP Office system which is using Rel 8.1 software. In March we changed to Comcast as our Service Provider and now we get these Phantom Rings on all of our lines occasionally. It is very random but does hit all lines every so often. Comcast says not their problem. Well we didn't have it before the switch over. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, what was the fix or work around? Thanks for any insight.
