I have a user whose phone had logged out unexpectedly. She also didn't know the code to log back into her extension. We reset her password for her phone but she can no longer access the SoftConsole. I have reset both passwords that I can find to the same thing with no luck. Can anybody help me figure out what needs to be updated to get my Receptionist back on the SoftConsole?
I am very new to this system and don't know many of the ins and outs as of yet so I apologize if you have to explain it to me like I am 5.
