Management Studio - "Failed to open Remote PVD file"

Management Studio - "Failed to open Remote PVD file"

Management Studio - "Failed to open Remote PVD file"

We have Housekeeping setup to archive and remove all calls older than 3 years.
However, in the Management Studio, the calls are still visible!
And when you select them (older than 3 years), you get a big error message pretty much stating that the file is not there.

Any one know how to clean up the Historical Calls?

I believe that staging is moving the files and purging is removing the db information on the call.
Look into running a purge history of the files.
