Hey All, does the Ignite web client have the ability to offer an agent a "forgot password" option? We are not tied to AD so the forgotten passwords are becoming a big issue. Helpdesk having to call technicians all hours of the night. Most do not have full blown access to YSE, so another tech is woken up. Any help/ advice for user self-assist or limited access role for technicians to just reset employee passwords would be great! Thanks! 9.4.2.0
