9611CC downloaded all agent buttons but when I login using login button , it doesn't refresh the agent state and not toggling login to logout, list trace on CM shows 404 not found and not passing FAC to login..

FAC+agent id works right away?

Am I missing anything? I am able to call this station and agent id from H323 Phir that proves that ask and cm config is ok.

I'd check this in SM trace and also check PPM.
