Unable to see jobs being imported on Dialer

Hello,

After trying to import jobs on Dialer, we are unable to view the jobs to show the jobs was successfully imported.

I need to know if it is how the csv file is being imported,

please who can share the corect way to import the files?

I have used avaya guideline for Dialer but not getting it.

I need to know exactly what is being done wrong.

Thanks.

RE: Unable to see jobs being imported on Dialer

Do you directly export your jobs from Excel as CSV? - i think it messes up the format and IPOCC cannot understand it.

Here is how you files should look like:

example.csv
"xxxxxxx","CampaignA"
"yyyyyyy","CampaignA"

example.txt
CustomerNumber, Dialer

Yes, Thanks so much. It was actually messing up the format.
