Is there a way to program a speed dial button fort a hunt group? I've tried Feature *2, then the hunt group DN, but that didn't work. I've tried Feature *1 just for the heck of it, and nothing there either.

RE: Hunt Group Speed Dial Button

Maybe software dependant, BCM R6 you can.
You should post your version software so somebody can test for you....except those with 2 digit DN's.

Ah yes, forgot that. It's a MICS with 6.0 software.

RE: Hunt Group Speed Dial Button

It appears on a 6.1 it will work on the M7324 set but not on the CAP module.
I think that means also with a T7316 too but not the KIM module.

Ah, that may be the issue. Customer is trying to program it on the CAP. Is it the standard Feature *2?

RE: Hunt Group Speed Dial Button

Yes use F*2 on the set instead of the CAP.
