Have a mics 7.1 pri. i have a did number with no phone that the customer wants to fwd out to a cell phone. i guess he has no one in the office at this did number. i set up the station and under capability set call fwd to 9 plus the cell number but calling the did it rings in on main rep desk. how do i set up call fwd on a did without an actual phone installed .
