Hi,
we are installing a fresh IPo500 V2 to s new site, the control unit is remarketed, wiped and has firmware V7.0.2 with a BRi combo card installed.
The remarketer has provided new licence keys for 4x endpoint phones and 1x upgrade licence key (i'm assuming this is essentials) and a IPO Admin9-1-10-0-192.exe (im assuming this is IPo Manager) file for install.
They say we can upgrade the unit to F/W 9.1 using the Admin.exe file and the 9.1 BIN files are included in it.
Im having doubts that this is the case and as far as I was aware upgrading from 7.0 to 9.1 involved a multi step upgrade as I think - 7.0 to 8.1 to 9.0 then 9.1
this is a clean system that has never been configured so saving configs is not an issue and the install will be 4x handsets and an ISDN 2e dual channel line so im assuming config from scratch shouldn't be that difficult anyway once the firmware and licences are in place.
any advice would be very much appreciated
Thanks
Mark
