Modular Messaging - Agent Password INVALID ?

Modular Messaging - Agent Password INVALID ?

Modular Messaging - Agent Password INVALID ?

I just recently deleted and re-created someones mailbox in MM.
In doing so, i changed the password for them within the system.
When they enter the password i assigned them, the system is telling them it is "an invalid login, please enter in your password"

Any ideas?

Also, I did go back into the system and change it to their original password.
BUT, when they enter that in, the system then asks them to change their password...

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

RE: Modular Messaging - Agent Password INVALID ?

found the issue in an old post i made, haha.

REMINDER - if a change has been made to a subscriber in MM, you must run the FEDB.EXE file to rysnc the MSS and the MAS.

RE: Modular Messaging - Agent Password INVALID ?

You don't need to run that unless the FEDB sync does not update. And if it does not update then you may have a different issue.

Or you just removed it and added it back in much to fast. I would wait 5 minutes before adding in the same number.
