when someone call to office number and after run auto-attendant transfer to user....if user is not answer and outsider hangup phone....then system status appear connected blind call and user end is still ringing until user pickup phone.

we are not using voice Mail....

Are you using analogue lines.
Check your disconnect clear times

Yes we are using analogue line and disconnect clear time is 500ms , ring persistence = 400ms , ring off max = 5000

Your setting needs to match the provider's setting.

I suspect they don't have it turned on. Also make sure you turn on busy tone detection, that should clear calls down in disconnect clears absence though not as fast, it takes a good few secs smile

Set your disconnect clear time to 360.
You usually need to be all east 140 less than the provider

Thanks it's worked fine after change busy tone detection with single frequency as amriddle told me.(incoming call connected with transferred user by operator).

But incoming call via auto-attendant to operator/user have still problem.....if operator/user not answer (continuously coming bell even outsider disconnect a call.

status: current state : holding other party on call: Auto Attendant Name

Then you'll need to make sure the provider has it turned on and ask them what their timer is, we can't help you with that, you need to call them smile

I got it solution....(Disconnect Clear Time)

after change busy tone detection with single frequency. it's worked for transfer user but for outsider caller via Auto Attendant i changed in AA -> Action from Normal transfer to transfer option then it's worked fine now for both side...internal call and external call.
