SSIS amd always on config

SSIS amd always on config

SSIS amd always on config

HI There,

i have 2 new servers with always on configured for databases. I now have a requirement to install and configure SSIS. From what i can see the best approach is:

install SSIS on both nodes
initial catalog on both nodes.
delete ssidb on node2
add ssidb from node1 to always on.

the issue is if i delete the db from node2, the catalog is also removed.

of i leave the database on node 2 and try to add db to always on then i get the db already exists error.

has anyone had any experience on setting up and configuring ssis with always on?

Thanks in advance,
