We would like to be able to assign burden rates on an individual employee basis, as opposed to the the burden rate being dictated by a resource group. In other words, if John Smith is assigned a burden rate of 200%, that is the burden calculated on all jobs he works, regardless of product line, etc. Has anyone found a way to do this? Thanks.
