Audiocodes Mediant 1000 Help

I am trying to configure an AC Mediant 1000 PRI gateway to work with my IP PBX. I made the mistake of enabling the VLAN mode without having a VLAN setup. So I am trying to factory default the gateway and nothing seems to be working. I tried pushing the reset button for 12-20 seconds with no dice. So I connected to the gaetway via serial connection. I entered the configuration portion of it and did a RestoreFactorySettings. I get this message

Restore Factory settings on all INI-file parameters
The board will be self restarted after committing this command
Command syntax: RestoreFactorySettings APPROVED

but then nothing happens. No reset and definitely no default. Any ideas on what I can do to get this box back to factory settings?
