Installing Avaya Modular Messaging Lotus Notes Thick Client Windows 7

We recently have changed to Windows 7 64 bit machines. I am having a lot of problems loading Avaya Modular Messaging Lotus Notes Thick client on these machines. The most recent thing that happens is it tries to load the software on the Windows 7 64 bit after a few minutes when it is doing the configuration it comes back with "Internal Error 2343". You have to choose ok and then the program goes to finish. Then you get a message telling you it didn't install correctly. We can't figure out a way to get past this message. The other thing that happens if we do get it installed is when you click on subscriber tools you get "illegal call function". Any ideas?
