If a call is queued to more than one skillset then it will be counted multiple times. Also, it is only updated when the key is press so not exactly real-time. Could still be useful if the agents only belong to one skillset and they don't have Agent Desktop Display. This is accurate and like Stanley said you can use DWC key but it does not account for the Contact Center CDN's it only accounts for the ACD.
