Avaya Contact Center Manager Real Time Display not working

PC's got upgraded to Win10 from Win7. Now, real time display does not launch. It is stuck at loading data.

Try the below ...


Log on to the PC , make sure you have admin right,
Open CCMA
Open Real Time reporting components
Launch RTD.


NB: The system downloads and registers the required RTDControl to the client PC. Regular
users can now log on to the client PC and launch Real-time displays.

Microsoft put out KB4495667 for Windows 10 build 1809 which fixes the real-time access problem.
