Hi

i have attched an alom to a network terminal server

the port is ok on the terminal server i have tested it with other aloms

the v120 will not outpput to alom

i have tried this alom on othe rports on my NTS but no access to the alom.

Anyone have any ideas why this v120 will not display/access the alom

you may need a null modem or some other conversion adapter specific to Sun HW. Our terminal servers require them for solaris hosts.  With out it, I would get nothing on the screen

i have these serial adatpters, as i say other V120 aloms work fine on the same port and this particular V120 will not work on any of the ports.
