Convert Citel Module Extender to Single-Mode

I have a custome who's running a pair of module extenders between buildings over multi-mode fiber.  The phone systems is a Norstar.  No problem.

Now they want to move the remote end to another building on campus.  The only fiber available is single-mode.  So I'm going to have to go half way on multi-mode, and the rest of the way on single-mode.

TC Communications makes a multi to single mode converter but they want the data rate of the module extender.  Does anyone know what that is?  I can't get it out of Citel.
