is it a new install?
what phone system is it on?
have you defaulted the vm?
have you ever setup this type of vm before?
have you run the quick setup and set the phone system ports as voicemail?

How's this for productive? When I unplug my TVA, the green light blinks. When I plug it into my TA-824, it still blinks...I guess it's not integrated, because when I plug it back into my TAW it goes solid.
So, that tells me that you're either missing the assignment of ports on the TA, or the APITS integration on the TVA.
