The system reports that the ports are offline. How do you enable the offline ports or is the voicemail dead ?

RE: TVA50

means you dont have jacks for ports hooked up properly

RE: TVA50

we need more info!!!

is it a new install?
what phone system is it on?
have you defaulted the vm?
have you ever setup this type of vm before?
have you run the quick setup and set the phone system ports as voicemail?

Its connected to ta824. Have installed "alot" of these and have tried everything and more posted above including upgrading the firmware. Need more productivity sugestions.
Thanks

RE: TVA50

How's this for productive?  When I unplug my TVA, the green light blinks.  When I plug it into my TA-824, it still blinks...I guess it's not integrated, because when I plug it back into my TAW it goes solid.

So, that tells me that you're either missing the assignment of ports on the TA, or the APITS integration on the TVA.

Pretty much what the other two posters said.
