Recorded two custom greetings 601 & 602
602 is the Spanish greeting accessible from prompt 1 of the original greeting 601
We have 2 mail boxes 101 and 104. 104 is referenced in greeting 601, press 2 for billing dept.
When we put in the night schedule 8 PM - 8 AM the greetings we recorded will not play.
However they will play when we manually put system into night with our day/ nite button.
During the 8 am - 8pm schedule operation the Panasonic lady answers with " Please enter your party's extension, for dial by name directory press pound. "
We have tried and tried Forwarding settings, but are at a loss?
