One extension of a TD 816 is defined as cos3 - namely restricted to calls within the system - however recently we discovered that on this extension if one waits about 15 seconds after a co line request (dialing 9) then it is possible to dial out!! What could be the problem? I've done a system reset and that didn't clear the problem. Also this doesn't occur on other cos3 extensions. Thanks for any leads.
