Couple of Questions on TDA50

I recently inherited a TDA50 system and I have a couple of question on it. I am certifed on the older TD system but havent installed a TDA50 before.
1. I'm not getting caller ID on the phones. Do I need a CLID card or is it CLID by default? What settings sould I check. (Note:When i got the system there were a few calls in the call log from 6 months ago but nothing recently.)
2. The system is installed in my house and I want to get rid of the tone when I call other phones (auto answer is turned on). I went into station programming and turned Voice Call(21) from Tone to Voice Call but it is still doing it.

it's installed assign personal and group log buttons
>works? as far as tone are the auto answer lights still
lit on phones in question ? what rev is this maybe a reset
is required after play with intercom preference thru

Call Log buttons are assigned on all phones as well.
The auto Answer lights are still on and I am on MRP Version 1.007

scroll through sys programing and toggle it on if It doesn't work its not in there .Depress the auto answer light button and turn off everywhere thats your problem.as far Maint Console if you are in the USA you are OOL dealer only as well as 4.0 upgrade
