I have a Customer that would like all CO lines programmed, Where any extension can press the active CO line button and join the conversation.
Is this possible? If so, Please Help with the programming.

Don't think it is possible on 1232 only way to jion the conversation is to conference

not true trotski yes it is available enable executive overide in class of service programming you then can press a lit co line and barge in and the diplay will actually tell you who is involved in the conference
same same on tda but you have to hit lit co button and press
3 on the keypad...
