RE: corel draw x3 text problem

Memory problems for Corel X3 use?

Need more information about the problem: artistic text or paragraph text? Which font? Any font?

RE: corel draw x3 text problem

Same problems with me (2gb ram). Everytime I pick a text block Corel freezes for at least 5 seconds. Makes it IMPOSSIBLE t work !!! I am back to corel 12.

RE: corel draw x3 text problem

Corel may have issued an X3 update, so check the corel web site first.

If there's nothing there, check also the site for the manufacturer of your computer of graphics card -- problems in graphics drivers often do cause freezes like this.

Failing that, try uninstalling any programs you don't need and run a disc/registry cleanup program to clear out surplus clutter that might be using resources unnecessarily.
