Hi all...

We have a TDA200 with CTI card and i would like to log all incomming and outgoing calls. especially i want to see outgoing cals to which nuber and over which line.

Are there any good simple logging programs out there?

Where are you based before I make any suggestions?

SoftEx are good but they are IRE / UK based mainly, not to say they couldn't tweak the call charge info etc.

comms office is a new product launching soon, working as a new improved panastat. offering live ACD stats.

The CommsOffice program has 3 versions.  The base version is only call accounting the pro version has data as well as call accounting and ACD and also billing.  It is in several countries (about 8) and is specifically designed for Panasonic switches.  You can find it as CALLManager v7.0 as well in the US, Aust, NZ etc.
