DVD-RAM IDE.

During it change of media or retrieval, the drive presents the following errors.

>>> only drives IDE, SCSI does not present these problems.

1 - After it select eject the drive persists ejecting by more of 2 hour.

2 - After it insert media in the drive, the status is Empty.

3 - After it insert media in the drive, the status is Drive Failure.

The paleativo utilized in that case is disable/enable of the drive saw Nice Backup.  

Or

Closing the Backup Server and initiating once again.  

In some case is necessary restart the Recorder.

Some exists definite solution for these problems?  

With drive AIT/DAT/DVD SCSI do not I have problems.

If this is on a NiceCAll Focus there is a known issue with DVD media, NICE released a hotfix to resolve this.

Make sure you have WDVD5.1.1.2
