Modular Messaging Survey Form

Modular Messaging Survey Form

Modular Messaging Survey Form

(OP)
We are rolling out Modular Messaging and wanted to know if there was form out there that we could send to our employees after they've used the system for 1 month... something like a survey, how to improve, customer satisfaction, etc...?

Anyone seen something like this for MM?

Thanks,
CJH

RE: Modular Messaging Survey Form

Had not seen one anywhere but are you sure you want to take the punishment?  What type of system are you moving from?

We're migrating from a legacy Octel environment. If I poll them today I would rec've greater than 80% dissatisfaction...

It's relatively solid, but not liked by many.
